A 1963 EJ Holden station wagon, the engine was shot so with Dad’s help put an old EH ute engine in it.
The photo is from before the paint job – hand painted in Fordson blue rust preventative paint left over from doing up a tractor.. total cost – $300 in 1974

Mustang Painted
The ’66 Mustang is finally painted and ready to bring home! It was at the media blaster for 2 weeks and at Maaco for 3 weeks. Maaco did a great job on it, they did a good amount of bodywork, primered it, and painted it with a basecoat and clear coat. It was the signature series and the total cost at Maaco was $2833.
